1. TERMS OF SERVICE

What Palworld Merchant Bot provides

Palworld Merchant Bot is a subscription service for Palworld community servers. It includes tools such as a Discord bot, shop management dashboard, player linking, status updates, live-map features, and supported hosting integrations.

You are responsible for your Discord server, Palworld server, game rules, moderators, and the information you publish. You must keep your setup links, connector credentials, and server access details private.

We may suspend or end service for abuse, fraud, security risks, violations of Discord or game-platform rules, or activity that harms the service or other customers. Suspension does not automatically delete your saved server configuration or player data.

Palworld Merchant Bot is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pocketpair, Inc., Palworld, Discord, Steam, Microsoft, Sony, or DatHost.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Information used to run your service

We use the information needed to operate your server tools: Discord server and channel details, Discord user IDs and display names used for linking, your shop configuration, player balances and purchase records, server status, diagnostic events, and supported host connection configuration.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Palworld Merchant Bot does not store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

We use service and diagnostic data to provide features, troubleshoot a customer’s setup, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.

Access to a customer dashboard is scoped to that customer’s Discord server. The Paloria owner may review support diagnostics and license status to provide support, administer subscriptions, and protect the service.

3. BILLING & CANCELLATION

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual price until cancelled. You can manage your subscription, payment method, and cancellation from the Manage billing button in your Paloria dashboard.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not immediately erase your server configuration or customer data.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide full, partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds after a subscription payment has been processed. Cancelling prevents the next renewal only; it does not refund the current paid period.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact your payment provider and support promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Free trial keys do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions. When a trial expires, paid Paloria features pause until an active subscription or valid license is applied.
